Timesheet Data Entry

Easy to use and quick to learn, the Timesheet solution was designed for rapid data entry of timesheet data by administration clerks at department level for approval and submission to the ESR payroll system. Web technology enables optimised deployment to large numbers of users across a Trust; using a secure login user access can be restricted to relevant staff records.

Timesheet Approval

Once completed the timesheet data is electronically approved by a line manager with the option of a second level of approval to release the data for submission to ESR payroll. The system includes a full audit trail of all approvals.

ESR Integration

Advanced integration developed with the NHS and McKesson ensures that data is keyed in just once for submission to payroll. The SMART Timesheet solution automatically updates pre-populated employee records and absence data daily with any changes entered into ESR. At the end of appropriate pay periods, once authorised, payroll and absence data is automatically posted to ESR for payment.

Upgrade to Rostering and Time and Attendance

Available as a standalone product, the eHL Timesheet module is part of a large suite of workforce management solutions for the NHS including; self-rostering, auto-rostering, time and attendance, biometric data capture, building access control, flexitime and annual hour’s management.
