Reduce the costs of temporary staffing with SMART View
SMART View provides assurance that all shift vacancies have been offered internally, before resorting to the use of often expensive bank staff to ensure fully utilised rosters. When this is not possible, the system looks to a Trusts bank system to allocate additional resources. SMART enables the use of mobile telephones to offer and accept bank shifts using a simple Y or N response. In the case of no available staff, the system then looks to agency staff – ensuring cost effective use of a Trusts current resources prior to external options.
